This is my 2004 F-150.  Drivers Power Seat, Power Mirrors, Power Pedals do not work.

Fuse 3 and 109 are fine (you might have fuse 110 too depending on your options).

Fuse 3 does the logic for the memory control and 109 does the motors.

Fine then….Check power to logic under the drivers seat.  There is an Orange Lt-Green stripe

Wire in position 1.  I got a goofy ~2.72 volts or so.  That can’t be good.

And hay!  There’s where my cig went!

Ok then.  I traced the stupid Orange lt-green wire through the floor to the white fuse block on the drivers side by the hood release.  Don’t waste your time.

Instead, remove the trim and kick plate on the passenger side.  You’re looking for a buzzhead assembly splice.  Specifically this – yeah, you have to unwrap the cable assembly to see it.  Seems Ford decided to just “cheese” in your drivers seat connector with tape.  The acid on the tape rotted the wires.

There’s that orange lt-green wire again but there’s two of them going into one orange lt-green wire coming from the fuse box.  Mine was a couple of inches away from the fuse box, but I suppose the location depends on who was working the line that day.

Remove the tape and yep --- Rotted wires.  Strip them and solder them together.  Use a vinyl electrical tape and I prefer the good old lead/tin solder.(Disconnect the battery of course)  Hasn’t let me down yet.
